What happens if my item is backordered?

As the items listed in our store are of high demand, on occasion, the item you purchase may be back-ordered. If an item is not in stock or back-ordered, we will notify you of the delay with an expected shipping date as well as alternative models that are available for immediate shipping. Cancellation is subject to a cancellation fee (please see below). We are not responsible for delays in your order due to back-order situations.
Processed orders will be charged the service fee of $35. This is already included in your order as part of our shipping and handling fee. Should you cancel your order due to a back-ordered or out of stock notice, the $35 service will be deducted from your order refund.

Duties and Taxes

Customs will bill you directly unless you have chosen the Included DDP (Customs and Duties – TVA – VAT – Delivery Duty Paid) option on your items. You not pay any extra fees when your package is delivered as we will be billed all customs and duties directly, not you. This also ensures prompt delivery and avoids delays in delivery due to FedEx not having to collect payment for the delivery.

Please note: Not all countries can be shipped DDP. If you chose DDP and we are unable to support DDP to your country, you will be refunded for the DDP costs.

So by choosing DDP you guarantee I don’t have to pay any more in tax and customs?

Yes, our DDP is guaranteed option that you will not pay ANYTHING once you get your items. The Customs and Taxes are billed to us and cleared by our brokers. There is nothing additional for you to pay. If FedEx bill you by mistake you will be refunded in full immediately.

If I buy two items, do I have to pay for shipping twice?

You only pay for shipping once. However, Shipping and Handling is calculated based on the weight of your shipment.

The average cost to ship one item is $ 45 and an additional $25 per additional item via FedEx International Priority 2 Day including all shipping and handling costs. Prices may vary depending on product and value.

What form of payment do you accept ?

We accept all major credit cards; Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners, Paypal and American Express.

We also accept Bank Wire transfers. Please note: Due to currency fluctuations, Bank Wire transfer transactions are accepted with EUR and USD invoices.

While not always required, a Swift Code number may be required by some banks for the completion of wire transfers. The Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication (SWIFT) is an industry-owned co-operative supplying secure, standardized messaging services and interface software to nearly 8,100 financial institutions in 207 countries and territories. SWIFT members include banks, broker-dealers and investment managers. Our Bank, Bank of America’s SWIFT Code number is BOFAUS3N.

What are the delivery times for the iPads and iPhones?

Your iPhone and iPad will ship the same day your order is processed*. All orders are shipped via FedEx International Priority with a standard delivery time of 2 business days. *Pre-orders will ship as soon as the item is available.

Is the iPhone covered by the Apple’s Warranty ?

The iPhone is covered by the Apple’s Warranty. We support every product that we sell. If you experience any problems with your iPhone or iPad, you can return it to our store to be exchanged or repaired.

Every iPhone and iPad comes with the manufacturers 12 month warranty. We offer two year extended warranty on all Apple products.
