Sky Deploy

Sky Deploy — aerial photography, surveying, 3D mapping, and volume measurement — ran on a brochure site and a spreadsheet. No booking, no payments, no customer portal, no CRM; every inquiry handled by phone and email, and no way to grow past the local market. The ask was the whole platform from scratch, architected for nationwide dispatch from day one.

A custom WordPress theme (PHP 8.2, no templates or page builders) over Node.js microservices and a Python automation layer, on MySQL 8 with a Redis cache. A real-time booking engine handles crew dispatch, equipment allocation, weather-dependent scheduling, and geo-fenced service areas at sub-200ms under load. Stripe Connect covers marketplace-style split payments, subscription billing, invoicing, and reconciliation; an equipment store adds cart, inventory, and shipping. A Claude-powered chatbot qualifies leads, generates quotes, and books consultations. Forty-seven AI agent workflows — lead scoring, nurture, proposals, contracts, review solicitation, social scheduling — were built in Claude Code and run on the Claude API. An FFmpeg pipeline turns drone footage into branded, watermarked deliveries behind expiring download links. Claude Code was the development engine at every layer: 12,000+ lines of production code, 98% of the codebase AI-generated.

Concept to full launch in six weeks against a conventional six-month estimate. By the client's March 2026 numbers: qualified leads up 340%, and the chatbot absorbing 70%+ of customer interactions without a human. Geo-targeted landing pages, regional SEO, and market pricing activate per territory with no new development, so Sky Deploy can take bookings in any U.S. market. Nothing spent on third-party templates or plugins.
